Do you offer discounts?

If you adopted your pet from a shelter or rescue organization, we would love to offer you a special membership.  Just call us for details.

Can I give a membership in Petline as a gift?

Absolutely!  What a great way to show someone that you are thinking of them and their companion!  We’ll even send a nice package of welcome goodies along with your gift.  

Why is Pet Portfolio free?

It’s true, without paid memberships, we can’t afford to operate.  But Petline’s primary mandate is to help all pet owners raise happier and healthier companions. While our other paid services greatly enhance ownership, you will find Pet Portfolio to be one of the best things you will ever do for your pet.   All we ask is for you to tell other pet owners all about our website and services. 

Can I call the help desk in the middle of the night?

We’re here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with real people on the line and the answers you need anytime, anywhere.

Is Petline only for Cats and Dogs?

While many other animals do make wonderful pets, cats and dogs are our specialty.  By staying focused, we are able to offer our membership the highest level of service possible.

Do you charge more for additional pets?

Even if you personally own one, two or even ten pets, feel free to register them all under one household membership. 

Do I have to be a Petline member to use your services? 

No, you do not have to be a member.  You can simply use our services on an “as needed” basis, a-la-carte if you will.   We believe that every pet owner deserves access to Petline, how and when they want it.
